3 Exercises to Get On & Off the Ground
Getting on/off the ground can be TOUGH. Try these 3 exercises that will help make that transition easier.
With all of these exercises, the lower the surface, the harder it will be. Many will start at a counter top and the goal is to get to the ground.
Do 5-10 reps of each exercise for 3 rounds:
1: Push-Ups
2: Up Downs
3: Getting on Hands & Knees
