December’s Movement Challenge!

Join in on the December’s Movement Challenge with our members at the Best Gym for Seniors in Lexington, KY!

This month’s movement is the glute bridge. Glute bridges are a great way to strengthen our posterior chain. Watch Lee and Kim go through all the different ways you can perform this movement as well as a quick tutorial of the Gluteus Medius Stretch.

  • 2x/day - 20 Glute Bridges followed by 3-5 breaths holding the Gluteus Medius Stretch (each side)
