Class Guidelines


GUIDELINES FOR CLASSES

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:

  • You MUST register for class in Wodify prior to arriving. Please do not reserve a spot and then not show.

  • Per state requirements, please wear a mask inside the facility. If wearing a mask poses a threat to your health and safety, you may remove it during your workout.

  • Please bring your own refillable water bottle.  You will be able to use the touchless refill water station, but per the state guidelines, the drinking fountain will not be available.

  • We will be eliminating chalk buckets for now, but will provide a small nugget of your own for all the chalk addicts! Please bring your own tupperware (or similar) container for your personal use. We won’t be providing chalk without something to keep it contained! ;)

  • If you have a cold, allergy symptoms, a cough, fever, or just aren't feeling well, please do not come to the gym.  

  • If you have been exposed to Covid-19 in any way, please do not come to the gym for 14 days.

AT THE GYM:

  • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early to class.  Please enter through the front lobby only and exit through the bay doors or side door (marked EXIT) only.

  • Any belongings brought into the building must stay within the designated athlete area.  No use of the cubbies or leaving bags along the walls.  

  • Please wash your hands upon entering the building.

  • Please avoid congregating near the front lobby or at cubbies.

  • Disinfectant spray and paper towels and/or wipes will be provided in the athlete area.  Please wipe your equipment down before AND after use. 

  • After your workout, you will wipe down your equipment, transition out, and staff will continue cleaning in the 10 minute window between classes.

  • Please finish cleaning your equipment, grab your personal belongings and exit the building 5 minutes before the next class so members can start the next class on time. 

  • If you are not comfortable attending classes at the gym, we will continue offering “Strong At Home” workouts.  They will be held Monday-Friday via Zoom.
