Burpees start from standing & end with lying face down on the floor and are complete upon standing, with a hop & hands overhead at the end.

How do you do it?

Everyone can practice a version of a burpee. It may seem like a lot to do, but we will break it down so you can enjoy the benefits of practicing at the gym & at home!

Mental Focus: Score your Workout

Our workouts have different scoring games to play to keep the workouts interesting & to help you work on mental sharpness. Tracking reps & scoring your workouts is challenging but helpful for exercising your brain!

Scoring while you are tired & out of breath is a challenge ( we don’t always get to chose how we feel when it’s time to make an important decision or focus)
