September Programming Preview

September is here and we can already hear the PR bell ringing! We are transitioning back to the classic barbell movements like static press or deadlifts. We will begin by working in sets of five in order to practice good mechanics. In the second half of the month we will transition our reps to heavier sets of three and figure out our max loads!
