Position: Coach in Lexington, KY

If you want to change the lives of people in a dramatic way, StrongerLife is for you.

As a Coach, you will be responsible for providing the StrongerLife experience to our members.  This critical position must have a solid understanding of operational excellence and execution.  As a Coach for the Center, you are responsible for providing the experience that StrongerLife members receive when they join our community. This position requires a high-caliber approach to coaching, member success, and culture building within the center.

    • Performer: Can make classes fun and entertaining

    • Teacher: Ability to communicate clearly and translate information

    • Mentor: Builds deep relationships and connects with members

  • Experience coaching older adults in functional fitness & or weight-training

  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics

  • A flexible schedule that can include evenings and weekends

  • CPR certification

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent

HIRING & COMPENSATION

  • Our Hiring Process has three steps before we decide to bring on a team member. Every applicant is not guaranteed to advance in this process.

    • 1) Video Interview

    • 2) In-Person Interview

    • 3) StrongerLife Coaches Certification - 4-week Paid Training

      • If you pass the StrongerLife Coaches Certification, then you will be hired as a StrongerLife Coach!

  • Certified Coaches Compensation: $24-$42/hour
