December Programming Preview

Over the next four weeks, we will focus on using alternate grips for supporting muscles that create stability around your joints to prevent injuries and support healthy movement patterns. Slight changes in grips & stance will help prevent overuse injuries and promote continued strength.

Using one arm and leg at a time in the following weeks will help us build a strong and resilient spine. This provides an opportunity to improve coordination of the non-dominant arm/leg in order to improve technique. When it’s time to use your strength in real life, both sides of your body are ready for the task!
