June 2022 Focus

June’s Focus is STRENGTH!

Being physically strong helps us live a longer life, but we also want to live a stronger life; one with enough strength for ourselves & those around us!

We can practice mental strength by showing gratitude for what we have & are able to do help make us mentally stronger when challenges in life arise. 

 Practice gratitude each day, pick one new thing each day to be grateful for each day and write it down!
