March Movement Challenge!

Our Physical Focus for the month of March is ENDURANCE! One way we can improve endurance is through INTERVAL TRAINING.

This month we are focusing on the following interval:

8-10 rounds of:

30 seconds of work/exercise

30 seconds of rest or reduced intensity

You can do interval training in many ways. Try walking, jogging, or getting on a piece of cardio equipment. You can even do last month's movement...the BURPEE!

Focus on change in intensity, don’t work hard during rest, which will limit the intensity.

Use the “talk test” to ensure you are working hard enough... you should not be able to say more than three words at a time during your “working” interval.
