November Programming Preview

November’s programming will feature 6×3 lifts & give those who are ready an opportunity to lift heavier than they would for sets of 5. October’s workouts were designed to prepare us to lift a little heavier with better coordination and symmetry. Lifting heavy in class helps prepare members to lift heavy things with confidence & good form when life calls for it.

When it’s time to lift that grandchild that continues to get heavier, manage the big bag of dog food, the five-gallon bucket of stain at the hardwood store, we want you to have the skills & confidence to do it on your own if you choose!

We’ve heard lots of cool stories of positive reports from Cardiologists, Pulmonologists & members sharing they are doing things now they have done in decades as a result of the work they are putting into their workouts at the gym!  It’s going to be a great month of workouts, can’t wait to see you in the gym!
