Personal Training at StrongerLife

I have a home gym and should be able to strength train effectively without help. I have found, however, that I am not disciplined enough to create a program that allows me to consistently improve my strength and skills. I have tried other home plans but find that without coaching I am less likely to follow any of them, maximizing my strength gains without injury.

Because it is important to my overall health to maintain strength and muscle mass, I meet weekly with Coach Dalibor at StrongerLife for strength training. We have worked together for more than two years, and I could not be more pleased with her efforts on my behalf. Amy has helped me to set reasonable goals and reflect my age.

She has taught me to lift safely and efficiently. I feel that I am stronger now than at any time since I was a four-sport athlete in High School. I have found that she is flexible in adapting the program to my current state of health. She understands my desire to do more and pushes me to keep a home program but counsels me to be realistic about what I do when unobserved to reduce the risk of injury.

There is no question that my ability to strength train correctly has improved dramatically as a direct result of her coaching. She is an expert in both the physical and the psychological parts of my journey to support my health. Working with Coach Dalibor through the program at Stronger Life has enhanced my life and likely will prolong my health span.

I am grateful that strength training is available through Stronger Life. It adds much to the progress that I have made by coming to class regularly and I would encourage other members to speak to Dustin, Jeff, Amy, and the other coaches at StrongerLife about this valuable resource.
