You might have heard we're amid a "Tripledemic" - the combination of COVID, flu, and RSV cases that have been overwhelming hospitals across the country. What can you do to fight against this Tripledemic & make sure you stay healthy this winter?

Research is showing that the fitter & more active you are, the less likely you are to be impacted by some of these infections. People that reported higher physical activity levels were less likely to experience COVID-19 symptoms according to this study.
