We're biased but we think we have the best Coaches for people 55+ in Lexington.

StrongerLife Certified Coaches meet EVERY month to cover the following:

• NEW MEMBERS - making sure EVERYONE is up to speed on any injuries or pertinent info.

• SKILL DEVELOPMENT - we practice & critique EACH OTHER so we all continue to level up.

• NEW MOVEMENTS - we practice any new exercise or equipment that's coming down the pike in class. (Never trust a coach who doesn't do what they've asked of you.)

We take our job seriously and make sure we practice at the top of our game.
