January Programming Preview

Coming out of the last 4 weeks of training where we did several lift variations & grips, expect to be set up well with a strengthening supporting cast of muscle for improved performance in foundational lifts like a traditional Deadlift, Strict shoulder press, etc.

In the first two weeks, we will refine lifting techniques by doing basic lifts WELL and in sets of 5x5 reps, building in load to a heavy set of 5 for the day, including an open last set

In the following two weeks, we will complete the lifting cycle by showing off newly gained strength & coordination by building up to maximal loads to a heavy set of 3 reps.

Workouts will continue to showcase core, cardiovascular, balance & functional movement training to round out full-body workouts and give you real-life results!
