January’s Movement Challenge!

Join in on the January’s Movement Challenge with our members at the Best Gym for Seniors in Lexington, KY!

This month’s movement is the Ground to Overhead. Ground to overhead movements can be done with just about anything! Grab a frying pan, a gallon of milk, or even a grandchild for weight. Watch Lee and Kim go through all the different ways you can perform this movement as well as a quick tutorial of the Palm Tree Stretch!

Ground to Overhead: 3 sets of 10 reps (2x/day)

Palm Tree Stretch: 5-6 breaths switching sides (2x/day)
