October Movement Challenge!

Kim and Lee are at it again! Join in on the October Movement Challenge and win bragging rights amongst your peers!

Push-ups will also help you build strength for real-life tasks, such as pushing open a heavy door and getting up off the floor. Additionally, push-ups work many muscle groups such as the pectoral muscles, and shoulders. They can also strengthen the lower back and core when done with proper form and core engagement.
